Cards!

Some cards that I made but haven't send it to anyone :)

1. Another vintage card.
This one is my personal favourite. A vintage themed card with paper flower, a used lace, a stamped crumpled paper, a flower-shaped ribbon, some thread from a jute leftover, a tag with vintage stamp on it, on an embossed card. I just love the final result of this card <3

2. A happy friends card
Just a simple card composition with fun papers, stamped flowers, and a stamped ribbon. I like the colour of the background paper. I got it from a friend :)

3. A Thank You Card
Another simple card, but it seems I was not very neat when I put the middle panel. Well, at least it shows that I made it by myself <3

Vintage look card

I always love vintage look card, and if you're talking about vintage, Tim Holtz is the man. For this card, I did not only use the distress ink but also use the stamp set (I forgot which one). I am not really sure which stamp that I used for the bird, but I think it's one of the cheap Grace Taylor stamp (which I borrowed from my friend).

I used a dark blue linen card that I brought from indonesia. I background stamped the card with Tm Holtz stamp too. I got the purple paper from my friend, not really sure what kind of paper is that. I did opaque stamp with vines stamp in the right side of the purple paper. The rest was just combining random things to make the card looks nice.

Usually I always want a clear and perfect result when I stamp, but to achieve little bit vintage look, it's better to not really have a clean stamp.

Cheers!

A greeting from far away!

In the past 3 years, there is always something in my post box every year end. Various cards from friends far away come to fill me with news from them. Of course I send them my cards too, but to make it special, I sent them my hand made cards.

My usual card making tutorial channels are TwoPeasInABucket and StarofMay. As for the cards that I made, I honestly do not remember which line of stamp that I used or the paper that I used. As for the card paper, I used the linen card that I bought in Indonesia for 10 cents per sheet (A4).

Before any of you complaining,
DISCLAIMER

I do not have DSLR thus the quality of the picture here are low.

The first card is "A Greeting from a Far"

Second, Hi :)

I used Thickers foam for the Hi! but as you can see, I positioned the letters wrongly so I had to took it off and repositioned it, which caused the paper a little bit torn off.

And this one is not a year end card but an easter card for my housemate and her daughter <3
I thought this card is quite a failed one. Not as cute as I thought before.

So yeah, that's all folks!
